The 2021 Rally
Oriol Artigas Viticultors
Rall, like other wines from Oriol Artigas, is a unique wine, but very glug glug
To make El Rall, the grapes are vinified using traditional maceration, meaning the must remains in contact with the skins, and then pressed. Fermentation is spontaneous with native yeasts. Eighty percent is aged on its lees (the remaining yeast sediment, also known as the mothers) in a stainless steel tank, and the other 20% is aged for six months in old oak barrels. El Rall, like other wines from Oriol Artigas, is a unique wine, but very flavorful.
