This white Xarel·lo vineyard is an old, bush-trained vine facing north towards Montserrat. It's fermented on its skins for 15 days, followed by 6 days of fermentation, and bottled with approximately 20 grams of sugar. With good acidity and structure, it's a perfect wine for enjoying a leisurely Sunday!
