Laia, Oriol, and Jaume are three young people who one Sunday morning decided to harvest and ferment a Xarelo Negro vineyard in a very rudimentary way. Laia and Oriol are professional winemakers, and Jaume is a photographer, also in the wine world. From this Sunday-like and mischievous impulse (in September 2019), a fresh, young, and exciting project was born, and soon it began to weave something in its territory that goes beyond making wine: restoring the vineyard, restoring purity, and having fun.
