Here you'll find a good balance between body and lightness, and a touch of greenness that comes from the shaving.

A wine made from grapes grown in several plots, using 50% Syrah with skins, 45% Tempranillo with whole berries (without stems), and 5% Tempranillo with stems. All the grapes are fermented together in the same tank for 8 days, then pressed and aged in stainless steel tanks for 9 months.
