Tuets tot blanc 2022

The concept of Tot Blanc is simple: it involves blending all the grape varieties from different plots, harvested on the same day. Fifty percent of the grapes are destemmed, and fifty percent are whole berries without stems. All the grapes are combined in a single tank for a week and then pressed. The Tuets Tot Blanc 2021 is aged in stainless steel tanks for eight months.
