Escoda Sanahuja
The grapes are hand-harvested and selected in the vineyard, then fermented in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts. The wine is aged in old French oak barrels for 14 months. The oak is very well integrated, so you won't notice any vanilla notes or aromatic contamination on the nose, where you'll instead discover aromas of wild berries.
