Joan Ramón is one of the peninsula's classics in all this nonsense. We go back to 1997 when, together with his wife M. Carme, they started the Escoda Sanahuja project in Conca de Barberà. Around 2003, they implemented biodynamic agriculture and can therefore claim to produce natural wines using biodynamic organic farming. Not content with all this, they run a restaurant on the estate where the purest produce takes center stage.
