Medium-bodied red wine ideal for those who want to start with natural wine with something easy to understand and easy on the wallet.
The grapes were separated and partially crushed before being placed in stainless steel tanks along with the must. Spontaneous fermentation took place over 10 days with daily pump-overs. At the end of fermentation, the wine macerated with the skins for another 2 days and was then racked for pressing. Fruity and fresh, with aromas of candied red berries.
