Perill noir 2015

Vi Perill Noir, one of the symbols of the revival of local and indigenous grape varieties, is this Sumoll. Delicate and more floral than fruity. The result, after 15 days of maceration and 30 months of aging in French oak barrels, is a silky and velvety wine, very elegant and one that has only improved with age. If I remember correctly, the labels are based on my grandfather's paintings.
