100% Macabeo aged in old oak barrels for a few months and then in cement tanks. After a year, it is bottled. It is a full-bodied wine with character, and the touch of oak makes it very round and full-bodied. A Macabeo so different from those on this side of the Pyrenees, despite being made so close!
