Oriol Artigas Viticultors
From this harvest, half is macerated with the skins (a process we call "brisar") for three days, and the other half, without destemming, is "brisar" for seven days. Once spontaneously fermented, it is aged for seven months in fiberglass and stainless steel tanks.
