La Canya 2022

One of Oriol's distinguishing features is his focus on promoting local varieties and reviving older ones, without abandoning those that have been discovered along the way. La Canya is made from a blend of several white grape varieties that are not commonly found together. Once destemmed, it is pressed and aged without skin maceration for seven months on the lees in a stainless steel tank.
