Both the depth and the concept from which it was born, uniting one vintage with the other through the mothers.

Since 2020, they have been making mother wine in a 500-liter oak barrel, which is then blended with 1,500 liters of the new vintage once fermentation is complete. After this initial blending, 500 liters are returned to the mother barrel to begin the process again.
