Els Bassots 2022

The grapes are destemmed and, once pressed, the bunch is left in contact with the skins for 10 days, which gives it an orange hue and slightly bitter notes. After these 10 days, the wine is aged in old French oak barrels. With aromas of compote and citrus, it is very creamy on the palate, and its balanced acidity makes it a perfect wine for aging.
