Curuba 2025

Curuba is a white wine made from Garnacha Blanca, a grape that clearly reflects the Empordà landscape. We've allowed it to ferment spontaneously with natural yeasts for three days. It's neither clarified nor filtered, and no sulfites are added at any stage of the process. It's the white cousin of the fig, and the label depicts a Curuba, or passion fruit, although our friends at the Motel (Figueres) tell us it's a chanterelle omelet (one of their star dishes in season), which is much more local (in terms of imagery).
