The four grape varieties were fermented as they matured. The wine remained with the lees in stainless steel tanks for 3 months. It was racked without pressing and clarified in stainless steel for 7 months before being bottled unfiltered. Aromas of white flowers, chamomile, candied orange, and graphite.
