Alifares

Made from Garnacha Gris grapes, which impart more intense hues than other Orange varieties, this wine is aged on its lees (or yeast sediment) for two weeks. It boasts notes of yeast and citrus, yet is also delicate, resulting in a long and persistent finish. Elegant and with a touch of salinity, it completes the picture.
