Virra 2024

Have you heard of vintage wine? It's the wine made from grape skins and refermented with must, which farmers and grape pickers used to hydrate during the grape harvest. This is virra, a soft drink reminiscent of cider in terms of fruitiness and a bitter touch of tonic or vermouth. A little more fizz, though very subtle, than in the acidic version, which we create during bottling by adding a bit of organic honey from Albera.
