From a peculiar and rare grape variety, an ancient one that survived the phylloxera epidemic. In Catalonia, it is found primarily, and almost exclusively, in Calonge. There, all the farmers cultivate it. In our case, the farmers who inherited the Mas Molla estate: Montse and her sisters Núria and Neus. Rusticity and elegance unite in this wine, challenging our preconceived notions of traditional Catalan wine. In this case, it is a wine aged longer in the bottle, which lends it greater elegance and finesse. This is the most common wine found in Calonge, and in this case, it comes from Mas Ponsjoan.
