The idea behind this sparkling wine is to define the region where we are located: a cool area with dramatic temperature fluctuations that create acidity, allowing us to express it through the fine bubbles traditional of a "blanc de noir." Direct pressing and aged on its lees for 18 months. Notes of citrus and delicate flowers.
