The Llenguadoc – Paziols – Sébastien Agelet

Avi Agustí fled the war from Balaguer to Paziols. He planted his vineyards there. In 2012, his grandson, Sébastien, decided not to sell all the grapes to the cooperative and began winemaking. I've seen the entire Agelet family in a garage, accompanying a beautiful process in which each hand is a necessary link in the chain.

Wines with a wealth of personality, the result of hard work in the vineyard that aims to avoid any intervention , except for the use of a little SO2 during bottling.
